We ask please to allow
14 days from us receiving the order and all the necessary details
however for urgent orders we do everything we can to meet your deadline.

1st class recorded
unless it is a large order in which case it will go via courier- usually
City Link.
Can I
see a preview of the layout be for it is embroidered?
Of course, just let us
know you would like this done and we will send it across.
Can I
send my item back if I don't like it?
Sadly not if it is
embroidered, it is advisable to request a preview if you are unsure
about anything.

have any other designs?
Yes, I have thousands
so please ask if there is something specific you would like but can't
see.

Can you
embroider items I send to you?
No, due to people
expecting me to embroider very poor quality items, it also very rarely
cheaper by the item postage is taken into consideration.
