We are a small family run business supplying personalised horse equipment, clothing and occasionally leatherwork.

We email you when orders are received confirming that we have received them and letting you know if we need any further information regarding the personalisation of your item(s)

Orders are placed securely via the PayPal website, but if you would rather pay by cheque or postal orders then you can either call with your order or email it to us, you order will then be dispatched as soon as the payment clears.

We can't take card payment over the phone and we prefer orders to be emailed so we have spelling written down but if you need any help/advise please feel free to call.

We use a Brother Industrial embroidery machine with Madeira embroidery thread.
